If you feel like you could use more mindfulness in your life, but are not quite sure where to start, a couple of personal coaching sessions, might be exactly for you.
We will take time to find out where your challenges are and will look for resources to support your life as best as possible.
These personal consultations can go from only talking and me asking questions, to meditations, yoga ,or breath practices ,and more, depending on what you need and want. There can also be "homework" for you to practice in between sessions, if this is something that we think could be helpful for you.
You can come, with a certain topic in mind, but you don't have to. I have a lot of questions for you to see where this could take us and to find more balance and well-being in your life.
If you have a diagnosed disease or suffer from mental illness, these sessions could be a great addition to your normal treatment. It's not a substitute, but breathing, movement, mindfulness etc. can be great additions to feel better and more balanced.
